We're Form-Sight, and we make things. Custom architectural fabrication is what we do best—whether it's metal, wood, glass, plastic, concrete, or whatever combination your project calls for. We can incorporate lighting elements, leather, textiles, you name it. If you can dream it up, we'll figure out how to build it.

We're not just fabricators though. We'll work with you from concept through installation, handling design, shop drawings, construction consultation, and the actual build. Our shop has tackled everything from intricate handrails and bold signage to custom sculptures and cabinets. Interior or exterior, residential or commercial—we're up for it.
